Glenelly Recruitment Solutions was founded with the aim of moving away from the stereotypical, transactional “agency” model. Instead, we focus on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates that are grounded in respect, transparency, and integrity. We go out of our way to find solutions that truly work. For our candidates, whether permanent or contracting, we genuinely care about your success and wellbeing. Anyone who has worked through us will tell you that we always do our best to look after you — and we promise you’ll never struggle to get hold of us. As a business, and as individuals, we strive to develop meaningful relationships with everyone we work with. Our genuine aim is to help, not just to transact. We work with some of the UK’s leading Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) and major contractors in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) industry, delivering projects across both private networks and DNO sites. In such a highly regulated sector, we’re experienced at sourcing candidates with the right authorisations — and, where needed, we also help people obtain them. Typical roles we recruit for include: General Operatives Electricians Fitters Site Managers & Supervisors Jointing Teams Commissioning Engineers Design & Engineering Specialists Civil & Ground Workers Cable Pullers Machine Drivers Senior Authorised Persons (SAPs) Standby Roles Project Professionals (Project Managers, QSs, Estimators, H&S, etc.) Linesmen We take pride in our transparency, accountability, and willingness to support.
