Children’s Network of Hillsborough, LLC was formed in 2022 to serve as the community-based lead agency responsible for administering the child welfare system in Hillsborough County (Judicial Circuit 13). While our organization is new, our leadership and staff bring decades of combined experience and deep-rooted connections within the community we serve. Our work is guided by a commitment to preventing abuse and neglect, achieving permanency for children, and upholding accountability and excellence across every level of care. We operate under contract with the Florida Department of Children and Families as part of Florida’s Community-Based Care (CBC) approach, collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and service providers to support child safety and well-being. As the lead agency for Hillsborough County, we coordinate a comprehensive system of care that serves thousands of children and families each year. This work is strengthened by partnerships with more than 70 community organizations across the Tampa Bay region, including nonprofit providers, subject matter experts, and business leaders dedicated to creating positive, lasting change. Together, we are building pathways to safety, stability, and hope, creating new beginnings for children and families throughout Circuit 13.
