Since 2004, Barrington Consulting has been trusted by clients to deliver customized solutions that solve their most complex challenges. We combine the deep expertise and capabilities of a "big firm" with the personalized, client-first mindset of a boutique consultancy. Headquartered in Kjipuktuk (Halifax), the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq People, Barrington was founded in Mi’kma’ki, where we proudly acknowledge our privilege as guests on this land at the water’s edge. We’ve since expanded to offices in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, and Ontario. We work with public and private sector organizations to plan, strategize, and implement transformational change through advisory, business transformation, and technology consulting services. Through human-centred approaches, we help organizations navigate complexity, optimize operations, and drive meaningful, lasting impact. Our teams are collaborative, flexible, and built around your needs, integrating seamlessly with your organization to identify critical issues and deliver custom-fit solutions. We believe in true partnerships and tailor each engagement to ensure your success because your success is our success. As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Our purpose is not only to deliver exceptional value to clients but to contribute positively to the communities we serve.
