The firm’s executive management team has combined experience with respect to financing more than $12 billion of real estate transactions. Our investment teams utilize rigorous financial analysis and valuation modeling for underwriting investment properties and determining the viability of potential acquisitions and development opportunities. We work to consistently support value creation and achieve performance objectives on behalf of our investors. Due to our solid investment projects, typically with high-yield returns, LCP has attracted investors from around the world including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Dominican Republic, Egypt, France, India, Iran, Italy, Malaysia, Nigeria, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Vietnam, and Yemen. LCP owns, with institutional partners, six hospitality properties valued at approximately $300 million including two full-service Hilton hotels, two Marriott hotels, and two Hampton Inns. LCP also owns several properties throughout the United States valued at approximately $50 million including parcels of land beneath 21 supermarkets, a student housing project in Tampa, Florida, a bus terminal in Portland, Oregon, and a 400+ unit multifamily apartment building in Lenexa, Kansas. LCP has capitalized more than $500 million in debt and equity transactions through its EB-5 investment program which raises capital from foreign investors to finance job-creating real estate projects in developing neighborhoods across the United States. Through our "Live in America"​ program, LCP has structured more than a dozen EB-5 projects that employed 38,000 United States workers and helped more than 1,000 foreign investors on their path to permanent residency in the United States.
