For significant change you’ve chosen or had thrust upon you, you can let go of what's not serving you now, find your way forward and have fun along the way. If you feel like you're not moving at all right now, the good news is there's a tried & tested way through. The blue sky is always there behind the clouds. After the initial excitement or shock, there's a period of frantic activity as you pull out all the stops... & then you experience a lull, a dip, a pause - & a sense of doubt, anxiety or confusion appears in some form. You stop, you lose focus, unsure of what to do next, how to regain your mojo, & get back on track. For the mid-life, mojo and motivation challenges that come with big changes, I’m here to help you thrive. I provide personalised support - you can choose to have entirely bespoke coaching sessions or you can make my signature ‘In with the new!” coaching programme your own - an intensive, three-month, one-to-one course for discovery, direction and drive. It's time you did something for yourself. Make a start by giving yourself permission to take some time and space to work out what you need & what's next for you. When you've done your research and you're ready to begin, I'll be here. Book yourself in for a free, no-obligation introduction call with me, at a time that suits you. https://www.singlestep.uk/book-online “After every session I was motivated to take actions.”
