NDC Construction Company is a Florida-based builder trusted with projects that matter most to communities, where people learn, serve, gather, perform, compete, and live. From education and public safety facilities to performing arts venues, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, and multifamily developments, NDC delivers complex projects with discipline, integrity, and care. Since establishing operations in Florida in 1997, NDC has grown into a respected construction partner known for doing the right thing, building strong teams, and delivering excellence without compromise. Owned by Ron Allen, NDC brings the perspective of a long-term steward who understands that trust is earned over time and protected on every project. With more than 275 projects completed across the state, our work reflects a deep understanding of public-sector collaboration, stakeholder accountability, and the responsibility that comes with building spaces that serve the public good. Today, NDC is led by President and CEO Les Snyder, whose leadership reflects the company’s commitment to safety, integrity, and enduring relationships. Under his direction, NDC is focused on the future, expanding its footprint across Florida while staying grounded in the values that define how we work. Our strategic growth spans key markets from Tampa to Naples and east toward Orlando, allowing us to bring our approach to new regions and partners while maintaining the same standard of care on every project.
