Over the past 20 years, Joyce Property Investments has evolved to become one of Perth’s most respected and capable property specialists. Joyce Property Investments specialise in providing a diverse property management service for a broad range of home owners, investors and tenants. The size and diversity of our property portfolio has made Joyce an obvious choice for both local tenants and companies seeking to re-locate interstate and international executives, families, individual contract workers and teams. We’ve made it our business to understand complex corporate lease agreements and meet the service demands of the international community. We’ve applied this level of expertise across our portfolio and redefined the term residential property management. Our genuine focus on customer service and expert knowledge is consistent across the three dedicated real estate divisions at Joyce. Apart from our expertise in the field of property management and executive leasing, our small dedicated sales team specialises in the sale of tenanted investment properties and residential homes.
