HEAVENSAKE is a composition by acclaimed French cellar master Régis Camus, in collaboration with Japan's most respected sake breweries — Niizawa, Noguchi, Dewazakura, Shichiken, Urakasumi, and Konishi. Admired for his assemblage virtuosity, Régis Camus is an 8-time IWC "Winemaker of the Year" title winner. His respectful ambition is to create unique sakes showcasing the art of assemblage while honoring the magnificent heritage of Japanese sake-making. HEAVENSAKE was founded in 2016 and is the first brand to bring the art of assemblage to sake. Our business HEAVENSAKE is distributed across 20+ markets in Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and — as of 2024 — Japan itself. The brand is sold through premium on-trade (Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, members' clubs), specialty retail, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, and cultural partnerships in art, design, and music. We operate from Switzerland (HQ) and Japan (HEAVENSAKE K.K., Tokyo), with a lean international team working closely with our breweries to craft and ship temperature-sensitive sake with the precision the category deserves. Recognition Named "Best Sake" back-to-back at the San Francisco International Wine Competition (2019, 2020) — the largest wine competition in the United States — and awarded Platinum at the London Sake Challenge. "Best Design" winner at the Tokyo Sake Challenge. In 2026, Rolling Stone Magazine named HEAVENSAKE "Best Sake" at its Spirit Awards. Featured in Fortune, Forbes, and The Buyer.
