Present in almost 30 countries, our team of nearly 10,000 employees combines global insights with in-depth local knowledge. Our appetite for tackling major technical and human challenges enables us to offer our clients tailor-made solutions for each project we design, build, renovate or operate. We do this through our international network of permanent offices staffed by local teams. At our French headquarters, our central pool of engineering expertise guarantees state-of-the-art solutions for large-scale projects beyond our long-established regions. We are united by shared values across the Group: Respect, by treating others how we would like to be treated; Commitment, by giving our heart and soul; Pioneering, through intelligent innovation without blind ambition; and Sharing, because knowledge is meant to be passed on. As pioneers of the construction industry, we are relentless in our pursuit of new methods and technologies to imagine innovative value-creating solutions that exceed client expectations. Our role as builders extends building. Around the world, we partner with clients, local subcontractors, and charities to reduce inequality, improve wellbeing, boost local economies, and deliver prosperity for all. With a resolute commitment to health and safety, sustainable development, human rights, and ethical standards, working for or with Bouygues Bâtiment International means more than just constructing buildings; it is an opportunity to join the exhilarating adventure of shaping the world's skyline and transforming communities. Whatever the nature, scale, or location of the project, we strive for a greener, more resilient world. For us, building today means building for our children and our planet. It means building for life.
