When considering the numerous tasks and complexities required to successfully develop a new facility, we suggest that you consider securing the services of an Owner's Representative to provide Professional Project and Construction Management. As the Owner's Representative and your advocate in the process, APM provides the professional management structure and resources needed to coordinate the entire development process from inception to building commissioning. As the primary manager of the development process, APM facilitates the roles of the various players while establishing and enforcing the Ownership's budget, schedule, and quality objectives. Professional representation that understands the development process, which is value oriented, and that provides you with skilled resources and advocacy is nearly essential when developing a project. A qualified Professional Project and Construction Manager such as APM is a very good value and should be able to save multiples of their fee through a proactive management structure and helping the Owner avoid mistakes.
