Glimcher Group has focused on developing premier retail shopping centers and acquiring under-performing retail assets in order to maximize their value through first-class redevelopment, releasing, and management. We have always strived for 100% satisfaction of both our tenants and our communities. Our team's full commitment has always made this happen. As a major private developer, we have been able to move quickly in order to achieve continued success for the last 40 years. We have expanded our success through both joint ventures and third party investors. Capitalizing on our past, Glimcher Group looks forward to growth through increasing the value of our existing portfolio and new acquisitions. Through Glimcher Group's own liquidity and outside funds our growth potential for the next 10 years will out-pace our past success.
