Our dedicated Management team knows exactly what it takes to make sure our clients are being properly cared for. An important tool for accomplishing this is our complimentary Initial Assessment and Home Safety Evaluation. Our Care Manager will sit down to discuss your individual needs and preferences. We then develop a Care Plan and schedule the ideal Caregiver to serve you, matching skills and personality. Assistance is available on a flexible basis: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on an hourly, overnight or 24-hour live in basis. Ongoing care management, it is included with our service. We keep close communication between our Caregivers and our Clients and families to assure that our services are being properly delivered.
