We are Menlo79, a Berlin-based LogTech start-up. Since 2019, we offer our workforce management software WILSON, which improves everyday work in rail, logistics, and other industries. Together, we combine over 35 years of practical experience, from the driver's cab to shift scheduling. We know what night shifts feel like and what really matters in personnel planning. This proximity to reality makes us strong and WILSON so accurate. WILSON enables employee-centered, intelligent, and cross-company management of operational personnel. Our software includes a wide range of modules for shift planning, personnel scheduling, payroll, qualification management and performance accounting. WILSON is specially optimized for the rail, mobility, and logistics sectors. By using WILSON, companies can significantly reduce their administrative workload while sustainably increasing staff satisfaction and productivity. With our extensive RAILTALKS. partner network, we are also driving and shaping innovation and digitalisation in the rail sector.
