Hiervoor beheert ROM InWest twee fondsen: het MKB-fonds van 60 miljoen euro en het Transitiefonds met een doelkapitaal van 100 miljoen euro. Samen hebben de fondsen een maatschappelijke en een financiële doelstelling. De maatschappelijke doelstelling is het ondersteunen van regionale economie enerzijds en de energietransitie en transitie naar een circulaire economie anderzijds.
