Continuously creating new ways to manage and facilitate activities associated with conference planning, organization, and operational logistics, SPLtrak is a leading provider of online conference and organization management solutions. We specialize in creating custom solutions to assist organizations with the process of conference/event management and the application of internet-based database technology. Our solutions have also been applied to non-conference related uses (i.e. association management, internal facility management, manuscript submission, and intranet data management.) After 13 years, SPLtrak continues to contribute to the transformation and progressive evolution of online meeting management technology. SPLtrak's Meeting Assistant provides tools for the complete management of abstract composition, collection, review, publication, and distribution. What began as a simple abstract collection system has now expanded into a comprehensive set of tools that assist with virtually every task of conference planning and production. SPLtrak's latest offering also provides tools for conference registration, badge design and printing, financial management, hotel reservation, meeting program creation and distribution, as well as a variety of tools to assist with onsite meeting logistics. Expanded services include custom solutions for manuscript/paper upload and file conversion, presentation file collection, exhibitor/sponsor management, and onsite management services.
