With our team of multi-discipline clinicians, we provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology delivered in the comfort of your home. AvantiCare has developed a service model that facilitates wellness and enables individuals to experience purpose and engage in activities that are most meaningful for them. Our team is very important to us which is why we have created an environment where staff are comfortable sharing their points of view and we acknowledge and appreciate each person’s unique perspective and different way of thinking. Our Founder and CEO, Lidia Conci, has been delivering services to the adult community for over 20 years. She leads our dynamic and passionate team who are industry leaders, delivering exceptional services with an emphasis on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
