Founded in 2009, Axon Active is a 100% Swiss-owned AI software development company. Our roots go back to 2008, when Axon Group — a Swiss digital transformation provider — built its first engineering team in Vietnam to solve its own developer shortage. That origin still shapes every engagement: we were our own first client. Today, 650+ engineers across 80+ dedicated teams serve 40+ long-term clients worldwide, from four development centers in Ho Chi Minh City — Tan Son Nhat, Ho Chi Minh City — Thu Duc, Da Nang and Can Tho — with local presence in Lucerne (Switzerland) and San Francisco (USA). We work in three distinct AI lanes — AI inside the product, AI inside the delivery process, and AI-first engineering as a whole operating model: · AI-First Software Engineering — engineering redesigned around AI agents and spec-driven delivery · AI Product Development — LLM integrations, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, shipped to production · AI-Augmented Software Development — AI coding tools and agents across the SDLC, human-in-the-loop Alongside them, six engineering pillars: · Dedicated Development Teams — handpicked per stack, no bench, never rotated · Application Modernization — replacing legacy systems with cloud-native applications · Data Engineering & Analytics — pipelines, warehouses, streaming and BI · DevOps & Cloud Services — Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP, plus our own private cloud · Specialist Consulting — Product Owners, BAs, PMs and architects embedded with your team · Training, Coaching & Enablement — hands-on AI enablement and Scrum Alliance authorized training Why clients stay: engineers you know by name, Swiss governance, and 17+ years of compounding domain knowledge. ISO/IEC 27001 certified since 2018, current to the 2022 standard, certified by TÜV Rheinland since 2021, with NDA, DPA and SCC templates ready before you sign and 100% of IP assigned to you.
