BAR Constructors, Inc. is a family-owned business headquartered in Lancaster, Texas, specializing in heavy civil construction for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Incorporated in July 1979, BAR has successfully and safely completed more than $1 billion in municipal work. Our projects typically include major scopes such as earthwork, structural concrete, pipeline, process equipment, and mechanical work. We self-perform the majority of our work with our own crews and equipment, planning thoroughly, and communicating clearly. When specialty disciplines are required, we partner with trusted subcontractors for electrical, painting, HVAC, drilled piers, and paving. What truly sets BAR apart is our culture. We are safety-led because our people are our foundation. We put people first by respecting the work and the individuals behind it, and we stay teamwork-driven because our crews build the work that defines the project. That’s why BAR is People First. Safety Led. Quality Focused.
