In 1986, Johnny Carrabba and Uncle Damian Mandola realized their vision by opening the first Carrabba's Italian Grill in Houston, Texas. Founded on the belief that sharing food is about connecting with each other, Carrabba's represents authentic Italian cuisine and embodies our heritage, love of food, and commitment to hospitality.
