For over four decades, Prull Custom Builders has been shaping Santa Fe’s most admired residences—homes defined by timeless beauty, architectural integrity, and meticulous craftsmanship. Founded in 1981, Prull has earned its reputation as a premier builder through unwavering dedication to quality, strong partnerships with architects and designers, and a true respect for the creative process. Our work spans contemporary, modern, and historic construction, each home tailored to its site, its design, and the people who will live in it. We approach every project with a collaborative mindset, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape designers, and trades to ensure every detail is executed with intention. At Prull, we believe exceptional homes come from exceptional relationships. From the first conversation to the final walk-through, our team is known for transparency, proactive communication, and a commitment to building with honesty and integrity. This philosophy has earned us numerous accolades across the Santa Fe design and building community, as well as long-standing relationships with repeat clients and partners. Whether constructing a cutting-edge contemporary home, restoring a historic adobe, or bringing a complex architectural vision to life, Prull Custom Builders is guided by one principle: to build beautifully, sustainably, and with uncompromising craft.
