Hong Leong Bank (Cambodia) PLC (“HLBCAM” or the “Bank”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Leong Bank Berhad (“HLB”) – a public listed company on Bursa Malaysia and a member of the Hong Leong Group (“the Group”), headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. HLBCAM received its operating license from the National Bank of Cambodia (“NBC”) on 28 June 2013 and launched its first banking operations in Phnom Penh on 23 August 2013, allowing it to serve business and consumer customers in Cambodia. Building on strong entrepreneurial roots and its firm foundation of values the Bank reaches out to its customers in Cambodia through its inaugural head office branch and Priority Banking lounge, strategically located in the heart of Phnom Penh. Today, the Bank operates 7 branches, 11 Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) and 3 Cash Deposit Machines (“CDM”) locally as well as electronic channels which include self-service terminals, the Hong Leong Call Centre and Hong Leong Online Banking. HLBCAM further cements HLB’s legacy of meeting the evolving needs of customers by offering a broad range of banking and specialised financial services in Cambodia. Amongst the comprehensive suite offered are deposit, loan, trade and treasury products and financial services to meet the evolving needs of personal and business customers. The Bank has, over the years, stepped up its efforts and will continue to focus on digitalisation through continuous optimization and integration of electronic and digital facilities and processes, to enhance the banking journey of its customers.
