Acorn has overseen the development of a number of iconic projects including the Coca-Cola Regional HQ and the Deloitte Head Office in Nairobi. In 2015, we formed Acorn Holdings Limited together with leading Africa focused private equity firm – Helios and refocused our strategy purely on developing and managing purpose built rental accommodation for young people in Nairobi We are addressing the chronic shortage of good quality, safe and secure accommodation, for the fast growing population of young people in Nairobi who need housing. These developments are aimed at university students and young professionals. They provide full amenities and services and are managed by on site teams of customer service, maintenance, cleaning and security staff
