Most SAP recruiters are generalists playing in a specialist's game. We're the opposite. ASAP Staffing only does SAP, ERP and Cloud recruitment. We place consultants and engineers across the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the Nordics. No .NET developers, no project managers, no generalist nonsense. Just SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, BTP, S/4HANA migrations and Cloud ERP specialists. What makes us different: - We own a North African talent pipeline. Our Marrakech office and recruitment networks across Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia give us access to bilingual SAP professionals (French, English, Arabic) most UK and European agencies don't even know exist. Underpriced, overqualified, ready to work across Europe. - We're built for speed. Three offices (London, Dubai, Marrakech), different time zones, one system. While other agencies sleep, we're screening candidates. Our record: 3 qualified SAP SD profiles to Inetum in under 48 hours. - 83% client retention. KPMG, Siemens, L'Oréal, Netcare and HXM Consulting don't come back because we're cheap. They come back because when they need an SAP Basis admin in Frankfurt or a BTP architect in Amsterdam, we deliver someone who actually knows what they're doing. - 71% contractor renewal rate. Our placements stay because we match people to projects they'll succeed at, with clients who'll value them, at rates that reflect the market. Retention isn't a vanity metric. It's proof the match was right. This is where we publish SAP salary benchmarks, market insights, S/4HANA case studies and honest takes on where the ERP market is headed. Follow if you want the unfiltered version.
