Turnbridge Capital Partners (“Turnbridge”) is a private equity firm targeting investments in middle-market providers of services, products and solutions tailored to the operational and environmental needs of the global economy. Consistent with our Toward-ZeroTM energy transition and sustainability framework, Turnbridge seeks to build industry-leading companies that enable safe, reliable, low-cost, and low-carbon energy and power production and distribution. Our platform investments actively pursue Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices and processes which align with our principles for Responsible Investing, and many of our companies are enabling dramatic emissions reductions across their end markets. Strong partnerships with experienced and aligned management teams are foundational to our approach, and we are often their company’s first institutional equity partner to pursue shared strategic growth and value creation objectives. Typically, investments involve companies generating $25 million to $250 million of revenue. Based in Dallas, TX, Turnbridge benefits from the knowledge and relationships of its partners given their respective decades of experience across its industries of focus.
