Our mission is simple — Deliver industry leading construction services on time + on budget. Keeping our word + building dreams, that is the vision for what Modus is + what Modus always will be. From site analysis to the final punch list, we leverage over 100 years as commercial builders to plan, design + manage unique commercial projects across the Southeast. Whether we’re repurposing an iconic Chattanooga landmark, or starting from dirt to build a space that fosters innovation, we approach each unique build with an equally unique solution. With expert craftsmanship + hands on leadership, we transform ideas + plans into livable, playable, workable spaces that stand the test of time.
