Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) is a subsidiary of the BC Transportation Finance Authority and has a mandate to deliver over $15.5 billion in major infrastructure on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation and Transit, including the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project, the Broadway Subway Project, the Kicking Horse Canyon Project – Phase 4, the Steveston Interchange Project, the Fraser River Tunnel Project and the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain Project. The Government of B.C. repurposed TI Corp to become a major project governance and delivery organization that is governed by a Board of Directors.
