WITHIN Meditation, LLC is a San Francisco-based, women-owned, and operated meditation studio with one goal: to demystify meditation practice and make it more accessible to all people. WITHIN Meditation partners with a variety of companies and businesses in the SF Bay Area, across the United States, and in Europe and Australia to bring meditation and mindfulness to the workplace. With the rise of interest in supporting employees’ mental health during the pandemic, the company expanded its offerings to include not only guided meditation sessions, but also wellness workshops and programs, all of which can be held online via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx. To date, the company has offered over 1.6k guided meditations and 180 workshops to employees at 215+ companies such as Intact and Porter Novelli to name a few. WITHIN Meditation also offers online guided meditation classes directly to the public. Classes are held before, during, and after work to suit the various schedules of its clientele. Students can drop in for a single class, or purchase a membership to access the variety of teachers who lead classes daily via Zoom. Through classes and courses, WITHIN Meditation supports and inspires individuals to develop awareness practices and their capacity for compassion.
