We’re part of the Continental Automotive Group, a family-run, locally owned and operated collection of dealerships serving drivers from Austin, Round Rock, San Marcos, Cedar Park, and Leander since the 1960s. Austin Subaru and all of Continental Automotive Group's outstanding employees are a great source of pride for the organization. The Hardeman family has always enjoyed providing employees with the tools and benefits they need to stay happy and productive. Today these contributions by the company take the form of 100% company paid health insurance, full dental coverage, 401K matching, and other key benefits. Employees who have flourished under the company’s leadership will often emphasize how the organization stands behind its employees, and how the Hardeman's have given them the opportunity and flexibility to be successful in their positions. Talk to managers within the organization and you’ll hear over and over again: “I wouldn’t be able to do what I do if I worked anywhere else." Of course, happy employees are often the best evidence of a great company. There are many employees who have been with the company for 15, 20, or 30 years. In fact, some amazing evidence of the organization’s great working environment is that the average length of employment for a current CAG employee is an incredible 17 years! “We strive to take excellent care of our employees, so that they will strive to take excellent care of our clients!” -The Hardeman Family
