Martech company specializing in performance monetization, founded to innovate in the digital media sector through a cutting-edge model based on technology and unconventional revenue models. BlazeMedia adopts an atypical business model for monetizing digital audiences, with a significant portion of its revenue stemming from affiliate marketing and user-directed sales. Intentionally breaking away from the traditional display advertising model, BlazeMedia's approach guarantees growth and margins significantly higher than industry averages. BlazeMedia organically reaches a vast audience of users interested in online purchases, generating tens of millions of euros in annual sales on partner sites. To overcome challenges related to performance content production, BlazeMedia has developed proprietary technology that maintains high standards of quality and profitability, delegating all non-content production phases to technology. BlazeMedia is headquartered in Rome, with offices in Turin, Milan, and Campania. It employs approximately 50 staff members across its main divisions: content, monetization, and technology. Founded in 2018 with the acquisition of a network of sites including Punto-informatico.it and Telefonino.net, BlazeMedia took over other major specialized sites in 2022: HTML.it, Webnews.it, and Melablog.it, which surpassed one million euros in revenue in their second year. In mid-2023, BlazeMedia acquired a new vertical asset: the well-known technology portal ilSoftware.it. In February 2024, BlazeMedia acquired 100% of HDnetwork, adding HDblog.it, the most consulted and authoritative online source for technology and consumer electronics with a community of millions of users, and HDmotori.it, an information site focused on onboard technology, alternative mobility, electric vehicles, and autonomous driving, to its controlled network.
