Connecting Leaders. Building an Infrastructure of Hope. We are a “people accelerator” that brings together emerging Israeli and Palestinian leaders. We are building a shared community committed to a peaceful future, powered by entrepreneurial spirit as our vehicle for change. Our work is driven by three engines of impact: community building, leadership acceleration, and entrepreneurship incubation. Through our fellowship programs, the business and social ventures we support and the community of alumni we build, we bring this vision to life. As part of our fully-funded fellowship program in partnership with MITdesignX and Brandeis University among others, fellows receive world-class training to launch high-impact ventures and develop core leadership skills. Graduates join a lifelong alumni network of leaders who continue to build a shared future. Since our first fellowship cohort graduated in 2016, our community of more then 200 alumni has since launched dozens of ventures and raised over $75 million, created jobs and economic opportunity, and developed social impact initiatives that are improving lives across the region.
