De Buitenbroeder biedt runningtherapie in de regio Arnhem. Ik begeleid je op een actieve manier naar een betere mentale en fysieke gezondheid! Samen gaan we op pad richting herstel. Het doel van runningtherapie is om door in de natuur te hardlopen je psychische en fysieke conditie versterken. Wanneer je bijvoorbeeld last hebt van somberheid, stress, angst -paniekgevoelens, lusteloosheid of voortdurend gepieker dan helpt regelmatig hardlopen om deze klachten structureel te verminderen. Kortom hardlopen om je beter te gaan voelen! Dit doen we op een rustige en plezierige manier, runningtherapie is dus voor ieder niveau geschikt. De Buitenbroeder werkt voor particulieren, verzorgd clinics en workshops voor organisaties en bedrijven. En biedt als ZZP runningtherapie aan als aanvullende behandeling bij diverse (GGZ) instellingen.
