ICBD is a builder of winning companies and a long-term operating partner for exceptional founders. Unlike the average business incubator, we don't just launch businesses and step back — we stay embedded, optimizing and scaling every portfolio company from day one through lasting category leadership. Every ICBD portfolio company gains access to a full operating platform: embedded C-suite operators, enterprise IT and data infrastructure, institutional finance and legal support, a proven talent and recruiting engine, in-house brand and growth marketing, and real estate and operations expertise built for rapid, repeatable market entry. Our track record speaks for itself. Since 2020, ICBD has built companies recognized among America's fastest-growing businesses, including Inc. 5000 rankings, Financial Times' Americas' Fastest-Growing Companies, and an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. Companies we've built: • ABA Centers of America — our flagship platform, transforming access to autism care and named one of America's fastest-growing private companies three years running • Marquis MD — concierge primary care and pediatrics • Exact Billing Solutions — medical revenue cycle management and consulting • MAT Care Clinics — accessible medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol addiction • GateHouse Treatment — personalized addiction treatment for long-term recovery Our promise: It Can Be Done. ICBD operates with the culture of a startup and the resources of a multi-billion-dollar organization, so founders don't just gain a partner — they inherit a battle-tested platform built to scale.
