Tabor Design Build's mission is to transform people's lives for the better through remodeling. We're dedicated to providing you with a stress-free remodeling experience, surprise-free pricing and exceptional craftsmanship. By listening to you, Tabor Design Build designs and builds the home you want. We believe that careful planning is the key to making sure your project runs smoothly, with minimal disruption to your family. We can help you choose every detail of your project, from gutters to drawer pulls, with as much (or as little) assistance as you need. How We're Different: Since a great deal of the stress of renovation comes from unforeseen costs, Tabor Design Build schedules a “trade day” for each project. We invite all our trade contractors to the project site so they can give us an exact price, not an estimate for their part of the project. Our extensive Construction Agreement lists every item in your project. The agreement includes the final price for the job, not just an estimate. At Tabor Design Build, we find that green remodeling is good for the environment as well as your wallet. To us, remodeling green means making your home efficient, healthy and comfortable for your family. We've been dedicated to green building ever since our company began, long before it was popular to be "green." Taking all of these important steps allows us to finish your project on time and on budget.
