Established in 1998, Dechen Consulting Group Inc.® is a Michigan-based technology consulting and systems integration company that helps enterprises make their time and investments more valuable. For more than 25 years, Dechen has delivered complex solutions to some of the world’s most complex enterprises that connect systems, data and people to help businesses work smarter and move faster. Dechen began as a trusted ERP partner to Ford, deploying systems across more than 70 countries and supporting operations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Today, we empower global enterprises by operating at the intersection of advanced technology and top-tier talent, enabling thoughtful system integration, rapid adaptability, and meaningful business outcomes. With offices in Michigan, Bangalore, and Ontario, our team of 200+ professionals delivers a wide range of IT services and outsourcing solutions, specializing in Automotive while also serving Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Utilities. We have evolved into a full-service technology and talent firm with expertise across cloud, data and analytics, custom applications, and enterprise systems. In addition to serving as ERP specialists, we are strategic technology partners, leading clients through new eras of cloud computing, data integration and AI. We’ve built our legacy by earning trust, delivering with excellence and evolving with our clients. We have a deep, genuine commitment to clients and we have grown by standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them, focusing on long-term relationships rather than chasing quick wins. This customer-first ethos is part of Dechen’s DNA and a key reason for our stability and reputation. Guided by a commitment to quality, security, and workplace excellence, we hold ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and have earned recognition as a Detroit Free Press Top Workplace (2024) and a Michigan 50 Companies to Watch (2022).
