Good Earth is an independent natural foods market that has never been content to simply accept the status quo. Since we opened in 1969, Good Earth has always pushed the envelope and tried to encourage food growers and manufacturers to produce food of higher quality. We believe that organic foods offer us the best opportunity to heal our bodies and the earth, so throughout Good Earth you will notice that we "Go Organic" with over 95% of our groceries and 99% of our extensive prepared foods, bakery and cafe. Working at Good Earth is a rewarding and educational experience that can deepen your understanding of food and health, and offer you rich opportunities to be of service to our community through bringing your heart and knowledge to each customer and through offering the best quality and healthiest food available. Good Earth seeks to employ people from all walks of life who share a passion for personal and ecological health and support that passion by investing in certified organic food and natural farming methods. Good Earth is a positive working community that values each employee’s well-being – physically, emotionally and mentally. We focus on respectful communication, listening to staff, setting clear expectations, good training, promoting from within, and offering a range of benefits for staff. At Good Earth we feel, very strongly, that if we go out and do good things for our community, good things will come back to us in time. With our store in Fairfax and our second store in Tam Valley, we invite you to check our job postings and join us in offering the highest quality natural foods in Marin County.
