Vanguard’s Document and Process Automation software is designed to work with existing application software, improving how the organization processes documents and transactions. When a business process is improved, profits follow. Vanguard Systems makes business solutions for business people. Transactions are the heart of business, and Vanguard makes processing transactions easier, faster, and better by turning physical documents into digital documents and data found on documents into business transactions. Since 1996, Vanguard has been a leader Enterprise Content Management (ECM), workflow and forms processing. This suite of highly integrated software products is designed for business transaction processing by interfacing with the organization s existing application software. Vanguard bridges the gap between business and IT. Vanguard’s software suite overcomes the rigidity of standard hardware and operating system platforms while retaining compatibility with them. Managing documents and transactions when using other ECM solutions requires extensive tooling or expensive third-party add-ons. This results in a rigid process which is not easily or quickly changed. In many cases, only trained IT professionals can create new processes or change an existing process. That is not the case with Vanguard. Vanguard’s software puts the business user first. The most common functions are upfront and the easiest to use. If it is not simple, if it is not easy, it’s not good for business. Vanguard simplifies software by fully understanding business needs. IT functions work in the background, so business people don’t need to address them. This results in process automation which is flexible and easy to change by the business unit.
