Leeding Media, Inc. was founded in 2007 by David U. Lee as one of the premier film entertainment enterprises that bridge the U.S. and China film entertainment industries. The company orchestrated the nationwide release of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2012), Blitz (2012), Alpha & Omega (2011) and The Spy Next Door (2010) in China. Since 2007, Lee has played instrumental roles in 4 of the 5 highest profile English language Chinese themed film productions in China. He produced Inseparable starring two-time Academy award winner, Kevin Spacey, executive-produced The Forbidden Kingdom and Shanghai, and advised Sony Pictures Entertainment and China Film Group on The Karate Kid. In 2011, Leeding Media and Perfect World Pictures forged a production pact, making it the first American production company to secure a multi-year term deal with a Chinese studio.
