For more than 35 years, Straticon has been built on lasting relationships. Founded by Chris and Jeff Hardin in 1991, Straticon remains family-owned and founder-led, partnering with clients throughout South Florida with the same integrity, responsiveness, and accountability that have defined the company since day one. OUR EXPERTISE Straticon partners with developers, owners, architects, and private clients to deliver commercial, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, luxury residential, marina, country club, and renovation projects throughout South Florida. From preconstruction through project completion, we focus on early collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and disciplined execution to help our clients reduce risk, maximize value, and achieve successful outcomes. THE ALL IN MINDSET At Straticon, All In isn't just a tagline. It's our approach to every project. It means showing up fully committed to our clients, our partners, each other, and every project we take on. We believe the best partnerships are built on accountability, responsiveness, and transparency from day one. That means anticipating challenges before they become problems, communicating openly, and approaching every project with the same level of ownership and commitment we'd expect ourselves.
