Findigs brought decisioning to residential leasing. Lending tech has had decisioning for decades. Findigs is the first platform to bring it to residential leasing at scale. A decisioning platform is one layer up from a screening tool. Screening verifies who an applicant is. Underwriting assesses the risk. Decisioning makes the call. Other vendors play in screening as a feature. Findigs runs all four pillars end to end. The outcome operators see is revenue quality. They have historically had to trade occupancy for risk. Approve a marginal applicant to hit targets, or tighten criteria and leave units empty. Findigs ends that trade-off. Automated yes/no decisions on every application, grounded in post-lease performance data across 400K+ units, let operators fill more units AND collect more of what they lease. Findigs is the platform that makes the decision and stands behind it with the only contractual fraud guarantee in the category. Better revenue quality. Higher occupancy. Higher NOI.
