Zoning-Info, Inc. provides a flat fee rate of $800.00 for all of the Zoning Reports we prepare. That means you do not have to request a quote and wait 24 to 48 hours. This allows us to get started faster and provide your report sooner. You will never get an invoice after closing for more than you were quoted. One price for anywhere and any type of property. Zoning-Info, Inc. provides weekly status reports via e-mail. Every Sunday night you will receive an e-mail, listing all of your sites, telling you where we are and if we are waiting for information from you. If we require more information from you we will request it. Status e-mails include needed information also so that we can make sure everyone understands where we are on your report.
