Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile., Ltd. founded in Mar, 1993 is the first whole vehicle joint venture invested by Nissan Japan in China mainland. After been reorganized by Dongfeng Motor Group in Oct,2004, Zhengzhou Nissan with the registered capital of RMB12.9 Billion CNY and existing total assets of 72 Billion CNY has its stocks owned by Dongfeng Automobile Company Group by 51%, Dongfeng Automobile Company by 28.651%, Nissan(China) Investment by 20.349%. It's products based of Dongfeng and Nissan brand LCV products. The Company is headquartered in Zhengzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone, China. Its first plant in Zhongmu, Zhengzhou can produce 90,000 Units vehicles every year; its second plant in Zhengzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone can produce 120,000 Units vechilesets in 1st Phase. The Company has passed the IS09001 and IS09001-2000 quality assurance system certification in 1999 and 2000 and the national CCC certification in 2003. Zhengzhou Nissan set up its technical center (ZNTC) in 1993, which was recognized as the provincial enterprise technical center in 1996 and the hi-tech enterprise and national enterprise technical center in 2009.
