Younan Properties, Inc., is a privately-held real estate investment and management company, specializing in acquiring Class A office properties in high-growth markets throughout the United States including Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Colorado Springs. In 2015, the California-based company created La Grande Maison Younan Collection, an international subsidiary that invests and operates luxury boutique castle-hotels and golf resorts in France. The Younan Collection currently owns four hotels, two golf courses and a vineyard in St. Emilion. Known for its detailed, hands-on approach to improving operational efficiencies while maintaining top building standards for tenants, Younan owns and manages Class A mid- to high-rise institutional quality assets.
