It was in 1965 that the French brand Yoplait, renowned and respected for its extensive range of dairy products, made history by introducing the first ever disposable yogurt pot. Since that revolutionary date, Yoplait went on to market the first fruit yogurt, Panier de Yoplait and the original drinking yogurt, Yop, joined later by pillar brands Petits Filous, Perle de Lait and Calin amongst now eagerly appreciated and consumed across more than 53 countries at a rate of 21.315 pots per minute. Yoplait heavily invests in research and development of new ingredients, innovative packaging and nutritionally enriched products penetrating the growing healthy living sector of low fat and vitamin enriched dairy products for adults and children alike. Yoplait counts, in Europe, three plants, one R&D center, four logistic platforms and around 3000 employees. Now owned by General Mills and Sodiaal, Yoplait is the second largest fresh dairy product company in the world with more than 2,500 different products and, also, the Number 1 brand for fruit yogurts in the world. The little flower, the signature of the Yoplait brand, is recognizable around the world. We are driven by a desire to see the little flower continue to grow and bloom in the four corners of the world.
