Over these 10 years, she has taught yoga teacher training, workshops, yogi training, boot camp and other various programs as well as mentoring new yoga teachers through an extensions program. Some of the various platforms of yoga Tambra is trained in are vinyasa, power, restorative, hot, hot power fusion, and sculpt. Tambra truly understands the needs of organizations and how to incorporate yoga into the work environment to help them meet the challenges they face every day.
