World Challenge is the leader in student-led educational travel that helps prepare young people for life. Each year we safely send and support over 10,000 students on powerful expeditions to more than 40 developing countries around the world, including culturally rich destinations in Latin America, South East Asia, Continental Asia and Africa. For students – or Challengers, as we call them – it’s an amazing journey of self-discovery that begins long before stepping foot on a plane. Challengers form teams and work together leading up to the expedition to plan their itinerary and establish goals. From the degree of physical challenge to giving back through community projects, students are encouraged to take ownership of the whole experience.
