White Rabbit Partners, Inc. (WRP) was founded in 2006 by Andrew Spanswick, CEO and his long term business partner Dr. Alan Jason Coe, MD. The company acts as a holding company for multiple companies, the primary set of which are KLEAN Treatment Centers which are behavioral health facilities providing care to close to 300 clients a month in California, Washington and Oregon. WRP also has a mission to consolidate behavioral health care facilities with a focus on private and insurance paid residential, medical detox, partial hospitalization programs and intensive out-patient treatment programming. WRP also holds a Media division that produces KLEAN Media and is in development with several major productions. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, on the 15th floor in the famous building at 9000 Sunset Blvd, the company has experienced rapid and successful growth with plans to expand into another four markets by 2017. The company's management previously founded and operated Paradym Health Systems, Inc., from 1995 to 2000. Paradym Health Systems, Inc. was a psychiatric hospital management firm that ran nine acute-care psychiatric units with over 180 beds under contracts throughout the Gulf South.
