In the late 1950s, Westco founder William "Bill" Glesby envisioned a new way of servicing multi-temperature warehousing and distribution needs. Today, we proudly remain family owned and operated and we continue to offer uncompromising supply chain support to North American businesses. We've designed our fully owned, public, multi-temperature warehouses based on five decades of experience in the business. We also design and operate dedicated facilities on-site to production. Our build-to-suit expertise has assisted manufacturers seeking enhanced and streamlined supply chains. We've partnered with processors of food and consumer goods, retailers, distributors and brokers to develop customized service packages to meet the warehousing, distribution and transportation needs of local, national and international businesses. Our facilities are registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and are fully Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified. We operate under CFIA’s highest classification in recognition that our construction, sanitation and operations repeatedly exceed legislated requirements. HACCP on-site food safety programs provide you with extra assurance that your food products will only be stored and shipped with other food compatible products. We also offer specialized, value added services that can evolve your supply chain Our facilities meet the requirements of your entire multi-temperature product lines. We offer temperature ranges from ambient for dry goods to –35ºF in our blast freezers. We also provide dry, heated, and refrigerated transportation services to all points in Canada. We work with you to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that let us know we’re meeting your business objectives.
