About Westbank Community Health and Care

Westbank is an award-winning registered charity, based in Devon, established in 1986. The organisation was originally set up to provide practical and emotional support to people in the villages along the west bank of the River Exe. The organisation now works with communities and individuals across Devon.

The centre in Exminster includes a gym with disabled access equipment, Kidzone, conference facilities, day care services and volunteering; our community support services are delivered to local communities across Devon. We deliver our Devon Carers, Devon Young Carers and Healthier Devon Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Programme services across Devon and also manage Seachange, based in Budleigh Salterton, which provides health and wellbeing services to communities across East Devon.
