Our client partners include foreclosure and default service providers, title insurance companies, creditor’s rights and real estate attorneys, banks and credit unions, realtors, investors, developers, tower owners, site management companies, and wireless service providers in the telecommunications industry.Our partner company, Customized Lenders Services (CLS), serves the mortgage lending industry with the coordination of services related to the mortgage closing process. CLS provides these bundled services on a local, state and national level, with direct operations in New York State and affiliations nationwide.We are the largest independently owned Abstract and Title Insurance company in Western New York. We believe that comes with a serious responsibility to our team members, to our community and to our client and vendor partners.
