Way Fong LLC

The Way Fong brand was trademarked in 1993 as Synlyco's private food label. Its first product, The Way Fong dumplings, became a household name and a bestseller. In 2001, the company acquired the USDA sanctioned meat & poultry processing plant that is now known as T&B Food, which mainly produces beef omasum and Chinese Dim Sum products. In 2003, in order to streamline production and administration, the company decided to run all divisions under the holding company Way Fong LLC. This also served the purpose of utilizing the brand's popularity and signifying the company's expansion. Then in 2008, Way Fong acquired the popular NYC based meat wholesaler with its USDA sanctioned meat processing plant and retail store, known as the Meat Centre. In 2013, Way Fong acquired an authentic Chinese food production plant known as Dim Sum King. After years of continuous growth, Way Fong transformed from merely a 7000 sq ft warehouse in 1992 to the over 100,000 sq ft combined, multi-location distribution & processing center it is today. Way Fong is now a diversified food company with the storage capacity for thousands of pallets of frozen food items.
